Ken at work
In my passion for painting I endeavour to transform the two dimensional surface into a doorway to an ethereal world that connects the observer to their own emotions. Toward that end, I have spent many decades learning what not to do with paint
— Ken Roberts

Ken has painted enthusiastically from the age of eight.

He studied Printing at Stow College of Building and Printing, Graphic Design and Life Drawing at Glasgow School of Art. He spent his career in the printing industry in Glasgow and was founder and Managing Director of a prestigious graphic communications group for 25 years.

Landscapes by Ken were twice featured Prize Winners in the ‘International Artist’ magazine.
